1. About the App

Bench Navi Japan is a free iOS app that helps users find nearby public benches in Japan, including which ones are covered or have a backrest. The App is provided by Lumina AI Co.

2. Accuracy of Information

Bench location data is sourced from OpenStreetMap (OSM) and user contributions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or up-to-date nature of this data. Benches may have been moved, removed, or changed since the data was last updated.

• Bench availability and features (covered, backrest) may differ from what is shown.
• The AI Guide provides general guidance only.
• Lumina AI Co. is not responsible for any inconvenience arising from reliance on App information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
• Submit false or misleading bench reports.
• Abuse the AI Guide with harmful or off-topic queries.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content are owned by Lumina AI Co. Bench data is sourced from OpenStreetMap under the Open Database License (ODbL). © OpenStreetMap contributors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina AI Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
